a)being struck by or caught in between the loader/tamp and the ground in
the
event employees fall or get thrown off.  The employees operating the
Caterpillar Loader and Ingersoll Rand Tamp were exposed to being caught in
between/crushed from not using the installed seat belts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to train/certify and inspect employees on wearing seatbelts installed
by the manufacturer of
the Caterpillar Loader/Ingersoll Rand Tamp.
