exposed to:
a)crushed by hazard from elevated vehicles. Employees raise motor vehicles
on
Weaver lifts to change tires or perform service on vehicle. Lifts had bent
lift arms
(bay 2 & 3) and fluid water leakage around lift cylinder (bay 1).

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard is to lockout lifts until appropriate repairs can be made.
