Carolina:  The employer did not furnish to each of his employees
conditions of employment and
a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to
cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
a)crushed by hazard from elevated vehicles. Employees raise motor vehicles
on
Ammco  lift to change oil or perform service on vehicle. The employer had
not
established inspection or maintenance procedures to insure continued safe
operation of lift.

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard is to establish procedures and train employees in these
procedures.
