employees fall

were exposed to being caught/crushed from not using the installed seat
belt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to train/certify and inspect employees on wearing seatbelts
installed by
manufacturer of the Lull forklift.rer
