Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos The "School Franklin D' Roosevelt - Oficina del Componente Fiscal" was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 6(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 305827719, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on October 28, 2004. En la "Escuela Franklin D' Roosevelt - Oficinas del Componente Fiscal" fue previamente citado por una violacion de la Norma de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional 6(a) esta incluida en la inspeccion de OSHA numero 305827719, citacion numero 1, renglon numero 1, emitida el 28 de octubre de 2004. At " School Franklin D' Roosevelt - Oficinas del Componente Fiscal" in Arecibo, were found the following hazards: A- Acoustic panels roof stained due to filtrations roof. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their hazard is that the employer correct filtrations problems. Riesgos: Employees were exposed to allergies. En la " Escuela Franklin D' Roosevelt - Oficinas del Componente Fiscal" en Arecibo, se encontraron los siguientes riesgos: A- Paneles acusticos de techos machados debido a filtraciones en el techo. Entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos riesgos es que el patrono corrija los problemas de filtraciones. Hazards: Empleados estaban expuestos a alergias.
