Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At Federico Degetau School in Arecibo, there were wall stains due to roof leaks in the following Sixth Grade classrooms: Math and Social Studies (S-130-13) and humidity stains in English Classroom (S-129-12). Hazard: humidity Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazard is sealing the roof of this classrooms. En la Escuela Federico Degetau en Arecibo, habia unas manchas de humedad debido a filtraciones del techo en los siguientes salones de Sexto Grado: Matematicas y Estudios Sociales (S-130-13) y manchas de humedad en le slaon de Ingles (s-129-12). Riesgo: humedad Entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir el riesgo es impermeabilizando el techo de estos salones.
