Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: The employer distributed compressed air at a pressure of approximately 110 psi through unapproved PVC pipe in both the welding shop and the main building. This piping has the potential for exploding, two employees in the welding shop work in close proximity to the piping.
