correct this hazard
is to :
Follow the guidelines established by the American Society of Hospital
Pharmacists (ASHP),
1990, ASHP Technical Assistance Bulletin on Handling Cytotoxic Drugs,
including;
utilizing
engineering controls such as a Class II, Type A or Type B, Biological
Safety Cabinet (BSC),
to protect personnel from the hazards of contact with and/or inhalation of
cytotoxic drugs.
