was exposed to
the hazard of being pinned between a forklift and the ground in the event
of a tipover, due to
the fact that the forklift operator was not required to wear the seat
belts provided on the
Caterpillar Forklift V0881, Model Number V70D, Serial Number 40X00700.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to require the use of the seat belts provided on the forklifts in
accordance
with
ASME/ANSI B56.1-1995, Safety Standards for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks,
Section
5.3.19.
