furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that a one
gallon container of Norox MEKP-925 (Organic Peroxide) was improperly
stored within five feet
of flammable liquids in the flammable storage locker.  This condition
exposed employees to fire
and explosion hazards.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to store the
Norox MEKP-925 (Organic Peroxide) at least 25 feet from flammable liquids.
