leaving the position to
control the rough terrain forklift truck:
a.  On or about July 14, 2003, at the addressed jobsite, employees
performing masonry work
from a Lull RT rough terrain forklift truck were exposed to fall and
struck by hazards due to
the absence of an operator in position to operate the controls and/or the
platform was not
equipped with controls.
Among other feasible means of abatement would be to comply with the
ASME/ANSI B56.6a-
2002, for all rough terrain forklift trucks and have an operator present
and remain at the position
of control at all times.l
