hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:
a.  On or about October 8, 2003, in the Shop area, employees are required
to work under a fully
extended hydraulic front-end alignment rack without permanent safety
latches, thereby subjecting
employees to the possibility of being struck by a vehicle or caught
between a vehicle and the
floor in the event the hydraulics failed.
A feasible means of correcting the hazard is to install safety-latches in
compliance with
specifications referenced in ANSI B153.1 - 1990.1
