the crane
unexpectedly started moving.  This area was poorly lighted which delayed
the employee being
found.
Among other methods to correct this condition would be to install addition
light to provide a
minimum of 10 foot candles of lights as recommended by American Nation
Standard Practice
for Industrial lighting RP-7 for Storage and transfer areas.er
