to: 1.Follow the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965,&in that
section 3.4.4 states
before using cylinders, be sure it is properly supported to prevent it
from being knocked over.
2.Use a suitable cylinder truck, chain or other steadying device to keep
cylinders from being
knocked over.ed
