regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations

follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that employee below bundle of metal
decking with
its strapping removed, being hoisted with one choker up onto the breezeway
structure at front
of building, on or about July 26, 2003, was exposed to the hazard of being
struck by one or
more of the sheets due to possible shifting of the sheets.  A feasible and
useful method to
correct this hazard, among other methods, is to maintain the strapping on
the bundle until it
has been placed securely on the breezeway structure.
