likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees:
Employer did not ensure that all door locks, on walk-in coolers were
operable from both inside
and outside, exposing employees to the possibility of accidentally getting
locked inside, as
follows:
(a)In the Room Service Area, Walk-in freezer #1.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct
this hazard is to replace
the door locks with the type that can be unlocked from inside the walk-in
freezer.
