to bend and shape
metal, point of operation was not guarded, stroke was initiated by a foot
pedal.
(b) Fab Shop area: Niagara press brake, model HBM 350-12-14 , used to bend
and shape metal,
point of operation was not guarded, stroke was initiated by a foot pedal.
