Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:
The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
Hazard: Employees exposed to electrical hazards.
Employee Knowledge: Employer assigned employees to work on Zimmatic
Irrigation Pivot
System.
Feasible Abatement:  Institute a Lockout/Tagout Program or Electrical Safe
Work Practices.

in and familiar with
any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29
CFR 1910.331 through
29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety
