were exposed to:
a) On or about 09/19/03 at 1000 Wesley Providence Parkway, Lithonia, GA:
Employees
were exposed to fall hazards, while performing painting work from a
telescoping boom.
Employer did not provide personal fall protection to employees.
Feasible abatement methods include but are not limited to :
Employer should follow guidance as written in ANSI A92.5, Boom Supported
Elevating
Work Platforms.  Employees should utilize personal fall protection.
Employer should follow the guidelines as written in the operators manuals
for the lift
utilized (Model 600A).  The operators manual directs personnel to wear
approved fall protection
devices at all times.
