Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while working on an unsafe platform that was attached to a forklift without any fall protection. The operator walked under the basket, which also exposed him to crushing hazards.
