or before April 28, 2003, the exposed employer did not ensure that
employees
operating forklifts utilized personal restraint devices (seat belts)
during vehicle
operation.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being ejected from the
vehicle.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to:
(a)Reinstall a seat belt and retrain employees on seat belt use in
accordance with
ASME/ANSI B56.1-1993 Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks.
