while the truck exceeded one and a half mph:
(A)15th Street and Resseguie Street: On 20 May 2003, an employee was
observed
sitting on top of the Telsta boom's man basket without being tied off
while the
truck travel approximately 30 mph up 15th street.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD, AMONG OTHERS, TO
CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO:
Follow the manufacturer's warning to travel no faster than one and a half
mph when
an employee is in the manbasket.
