Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to sanitation hazards: a)Located in the women's restroom, no toilet paper was available. b)Located in the men's restroom, no toilet paper was available. Feasible methods of abatement may include, but are not limited to following the requirements of ANSI Z4.1-1968 6.1.4 for sanitation in places of employment. An adequate supple of toilet paper with holder shall be provided for every water closet. *** Certification and Documentation of Abatement Required ***
