crane in Bay 1 by plasma machine had not been established.
One feasible and useful abatement method to correct this hazard includes,
but is not limited to,
inspecting the underhung crane in accordance with ANSI B30.11 Monorail
Systems and
Underhung Cranes.

loader vacuum lift S/N 95-15-3688 attached to the underhung crane by the
plasma
machine, was not frequently and periodically inspected to identify
hazardous
deficiencies in the lifting device.  Of particular concern with this crane
and
UTHLD is that the weight of the UTHLD and the steel plate it lifts is
within a
few pounds of the total capacity of the crane hoist.
One feasible and useful abatement method to correct this hazard includes,
but is not limited to,
inspecting all below-the-hook lifting devices in accordance with ANSI B
30.20, Below-The-
Hook-Lifting-Devices.
MILLENNIUM/RIGID BUILDING SYSTEMS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED
FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD WHICH WAS
CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 304512221, CITATION
NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 04/03/2003.
