Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Outside of main building - A propane gas tank was not protected from
impact, it was a 1,000
gallons capacity vessel, the power operated trucks were driven close to
it, for filling their
cilinders, also the tank was used for the boilers and furnaces.  The power
operated trucks
operators fell the cilinders twice a week; among other methods, one
feasible
and acceptable
abatement method to correct is to place barriers against impact on the
vessel.
Hazard: Explotion by impact.
Fuera del edificio principal - Tanque de gas propano no fue protegido de
impacto, era un tanque
de 1,000 galones de capacidad, el camion operado era manejado cerca del
mismo, para llenar
los cilindros, tambien era utilizado en las calderas y hornos.  Los
operadores del los
montacargas llenaban los cilindros dos veces por semana, entre otros
metodos, un metodo de
correccion factible y aceptable es colocar barreras contra impactos.
Riesgo: Explosion por impacto.n
