and/or demerol; a plastic flush device; and an unidentified sharp object
were inappropriately
disposed of into the confidential waste recycling container resulting in a
puncture wound to a
contract employee.
A feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard would be
to ensure
employee(s) were prohibited from disposing inappropriate materials into
the confidential
waste recycling container in accordance with established company policy
and procedure.d
