Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: An annual inspection of the Wheeltronic automotive lift, Model 43102Q, was not performed. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to abate this hazard is to establish a periodic inspection procedure, maintain and periodically inspect the lift, as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure the safe operation of the lift, in accordance with Section 7.3 and E7 of ANSI/B153.1-1990.0 0 y 0 L
