Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive injuries by falls in slippery floor due to water leaks from
the air conditioning
when the employees cleans the windows at the second floor of the Management
Administration Building, western side of the vestibule.  Among other
methods, one
feasible and aceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to
relocated the air
conditioning or collect the water by means of plastic pipes.
a.  Recibir lesiones por caidas en piso resbaladizo debido a filtraciones
de agua del aire
acondicionado cuando empleados limpiaban las ventanas en el segundo piso
del edificio
de Administracion de Empresas.  Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y
posible
para corregir este riesgo es de relocalizar el aire acondicionado o
recoger la filtracion de
agua por medio de tuberia plastica.
