Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive injuries do to poor quality of illumination(100 F. C.) In
different job area,
the quantity of ilumination (the amount of ilumination that produces
luminance for the
task and surrounding), is inadecuate. According to the A.N.S.I.A11.1-1973,
Sec.2.2.1,
lighting instalations should be designed by a competend iluminating
engeneer.
Among
other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazard is
the instalation of  an additinal new lighting source.
Hazard: Accidents due to poor ilumination.

luz deben ser hechas por un ingeniero de iluminacion competente. Entre
otros metodos,
un metodo aceptable y posible para corregir este riesgo es mediante la
instalacion de
nuevas fuentes de luz (focos potentes).
Riesgo. Accidentes debido a pobre iluminacion.
