Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive electrical shock due to metal frame surface energized (5 feet
long by 19 feet
wide by 4 feet high approximately) in division between practical and
theorical room at
barbershop room. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement method
to correct this hazard is recruit an electrician expert to evaluate the
electrical
system at
the barbershop room.
a.  Recibir choque electrico debido a superficie de marco de metal
energizado (5 pies
largo por 19 pies ancho por 4 pies alto aproximadamente) en division entre
salon teorico
y practico en salon de barberia. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable
y posible de
corregir este riesgo es contratar un perito electricista para evaluar el
sistema electrico en
el salon de barberia.
