place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees:
a)Warehouse -- a Niagra angle rolling machine was set on cribbing to raise
it off the
floor by 16 1/2 inches without proper support to prevent it from falling.
NOTE:Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method
to
correct this hazard is to remove the Niagra angle rolling machine from the
cribbing and place it on the floor or a stable support platform.
