furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where aluminum dust was
generated:
In Production at the #51 Belt Sander and Dust Collector:
(a)The dry-type dust collector was neither located outside nor provided
with barriers
or other means for protection of personnel.
(b)The area around the dust collector was not posted with a sign that read
as
follows: "CAUTION: This dust collector can contain explosible dust."
