Each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees conducting powdered spray operations were not provided with operational fire sensing equipment. Among feasible means of abatement the employer can comply with the NFPA 33-11 7-8. Powdered spray department - The fire detection system for a powdered spray booth was not operational.
