Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not provide employees a safe and health workplace that was free of recognized hazards in that employees were subject to stuck by hazards: Cooler area - overhead door did not have a safety sensor to stop it. Among feasible Abatement is to comply with UL 325 and provide a sensor to prevent entrapment. CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
