provision to
prevent the automatic start-up in the event of a power outage (e.g.
magnetic
motor
restart).
ANSI B11.10-1990, Section 5.2.3.4 states that in the event of an
interruption in the
electrical power supply, the machine shall not restart automatically when
power is
restored. A feasible means of abatement would to be provide a magnetic
restarter or
similar device as required by ANSI B11.10-1990.
