a)  Pallet area.  Employees driving the Yale propane and Yale diesel

not wearing seat belts, where the forklift truck was equipped with such
safety devices.
Condition observed on or about 7/30/03.
One feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazard is to enforce the
use of seat
belts during forklift truck operations.
