COMPANY UTILIZE ONLY PLATFORMS DESIGNED FOR USE IN ELEVATING
PERSONNEL WITH FORKLIFTS.  THESE PLATFORMS MUST MEET THE
REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN ANSI/ASME B56.1-1993. TRAIN ALL
EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE HAZARD OF FALLS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROPER
ELEVATING METHODS, AND THE PROPER APPLICATION AND USE OF
SAFETY PLATFORMS.
THIS VIOLATION REQUIRES BOTH CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
AS APPROPRIATE PROOF OF ABATEMENT.E
