Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing action of falling overhead door: a/ Linden Warehouse - Baler/Compactor Area: The overhead door used to access the Baler/Compactor is not secured to prevent it from falling or swaying in the wind. Observed 10/15/03. One feasible and acceptable means to correct this condition is to replace and/or repair the overhead door.ead
