Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: The operator of the John Deere 310 SG tractor/loader raised the stabilizer arms without the park brake set striking one employee with a stabilizer arm as the John Deere 310 SG tractor/loader rolled backwards into the trench. The employee was subsequently injured.
