Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees accessed a 2:12 pitched roof by climbing the rungs of a Snorkel TB 37 aerial boom lift. The employees did not have lanyards while operating the Snorkel TB 37 aerial boom lift to reach access to the roof approximately 25' above lower levels, which exposed the employees to fall hazards.
