T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
The employer did not document and train employees in the safe operation of
equipment used to
maintain the grounds.
A feasible abatement for this violation would be, but not limited to, a
safe operator training
program for each piece of equipment or vehicle that employees use.
