were exposed to crushing, struck by and falling injuries from a collapsing
wooden roof truss
system where the temporary bracing was not adequate.
Location:  Job site.
An employee was injured when the truss system collapsed and knocked him off
the building to the ground 20 feet below.
One method of abatement, among others, is to follow recommendations set
forth
in the Truss Plate institutes, Handling, Installation and Bracing Schedule
