amended, as
follows:
A.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working near and
around tanker
trucks containing flammable liquids, vapors and gases are permitted to
smoke in the yard
where such tanker trucks are parked.  A feasible and useful method to
correct this hazard,
among other methods, is to train employees on the hazards of smoking and
using open
flames near and around such tanker trucks and to conspicuously post "No
Smoking" signs.
