95-129(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to hoists/cranes that had not been load tested: facility back yard ! three-ton hoist/crane had not been load tested. Reference: ANSI B30.11-1980, paragraph 2.2.2. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to have the hoist and crane load tested and maintain a certificate of the load test.
