NCGS 95-129 (1): Migrant farmworkers were exposed to electrical hazards where a continuous path to ground was not provided for the kitchen refrigerator in the temporary labor campsite and where there were exposed live wires in the electrical box, kitchen, ceiling fixture and light switch. {Ref. 29 CFR 1910.304 (f) (4)}. a) The employer/operator failed to provide a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards and that is likely to cause death or serious injury or serious physical harm where the path to ground from circuits, equipment and enclosures was not permanent and continuous, and where farmworkers could be exposed to live electrical wires.ical
