scissor lift:

Employees used scissor lift that had controls that were not labeled, and
had a
positive pressure foot pedal that was not guarded, on or about 11/19/03.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to
provide the scissor
lift with clearly labeled controls and a guard over the positive pressure
foot pedal, as referenced
in ANSI A92.6-1979, Section 7 "Controls".

item
