1.Design, install and implement a fall arrest system consisting of an
appropriate anchorage point, retractable lanyard and body harness.
2.Use a portable ladder/platform to access the truck top and provides a
guard railed working area around the manhole.
2.Install a work platform with appropriate guardrails.
