approximately 20 feet high with a fiber glass ladder the was unsecured and
did
not extend three feet past the roofs edge.
Abatement notes:Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard is to extend the ladder so that it extends a
full three feet past the roof edge as per ANSI A14.5-2000
(American National Standard for ladders-portable reinforced
plastic-safety requirements) Paragraph: 9.3.10 Access to or
From Upper Levels.
