causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in

(a)On March 3, 2004, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of
approximately 24
feet 6 inches while working from a stack of plywood elevated by a Gehl
rough
terrain forklift with no fall protection system in place.
A feasible means of abatement would be to insure that employees wear
appropriate fall protection as required, and to comply with the American
Society
of Mechanical Engineers, ASME B56.6 1992 Safety Standard for Rough Terrain
Forklift Trucks.
No certification required.  Violation Abated.
