Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2:  The employer did not furnish to each
employee, conditions of
employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which
caused or were
likely to cause death or serious injury to employees:
On February 13, 2004 an electric motor on the hydraulic floor was
half-buried in wood
dust presenting a fire hazard.  The combustible dust was eight to twelve
inches deep and
completely surrounded the electric motor interfering with heat dissipation
of the motor
and providing a fuel source if a fire occurred.
